The heaviness given by the chosen material guarantees a firm stand. The first bouquet comes with a dreamy flower print on high-quality aluminium composite panel (Dibond) — of course in A4 format. DUPLEX leaves countless possibilities to play with. Simply insert your favourite record, a magazine, a family portrait, a menu card or whatever you like. In conversation with Kuo Duo, the BOOK WORM by Edition Ventile was formed. The unique pieces, crafted out of clay and finished up with acrylic, serve as a functional book stand or purely as a sculpture. Together with the publication, the BOOK WORM will be carefully packaged and shipped all over the world.

PING PONG, a long-term project by Ollie Schaich, is a collection of words in 4:4 (LIKE THIS). Catching the eye for the first time at Good Wood Street, Melbourne, a visual obsession unfolded resulting in an excessive and ongoing pursuit in various corners across the world. Simple dualities at your fingertips, complex matters trivialised: Every flip side has its flip side.

As part of the publication “Image Generation”, the Ventile Edition will appear in a limited edition of 25. Five pairs of images will be presented, each printed on three-millimeter-thin aluminum dibond. Together with the publication, the editions will be carefully packaged and shipped all over the world.

Image Generation, a work of research by Michel Egger, makes use of visual material found on the World Wide Web. Generated using Pinterest’s algorithm-driven search function, single images, ones that otherwise would never have come together, are put into a relationship. Formal associations and technological errors collide, allowing these duos to emerge. In parallel to this, words are used to translate the imagery into unsystematic, yet constantly internet-based information.
